Every collection, 2-3 salaries go into building SKU matrices, fixing supplier files, re-entering products into the PIM, WMS and DAM, and re-exporting the catalog in a different template for every partner. We build custom Business Operating Systems that erase that cost. No new hires.
Fixed-price packages from €5,000, delivered in 15–90 days. Not sure about the scope? Start with an optional €2,000 audit. Download the pitch deck (PDF) →
Every drop, 2-3 employees build the style × color × size matrix, clean supplier spreadsheets, pull images from the DAM, enter products into the PIM, push stock to the WMS - then re-export it all in a different template for every retailer, marketplace and wholesale partner. That's €60,000+ a year, disguised as "just how launches work."
Worse: manual product data carries a 3-4% error rate - wrong prices online, mismatched EANs, delayed listings, partner chargebacks. Competitors who automated launch the same collections with half the headcount.
Calculate my hidden labor costA rough estimate of the payroll that goes into handling product data by hand.
Rough estimate based on your inputs. Your actual numbers will differ.
Not a rigid off-the-shelf tool or another PIM plugin. It takes over repetitive launch and catalog work, keeps your team in control of the judgment calls, and connects to the systems you already run.
What the Operating System handles for you
One product import becomes a complete, validated SKU matrix (style × color × size) across every system.
Supplier files, tech packs and price lists normalized to your attribute model. Routine issues auto-fixed; edge cases flagged for a human.
One catalog, every output: per-retailer templates, marketplace feeds, line sheets, wholesale order sheets - each in the partner's own format and rules.
Products, stock, images and prices kept consistent across systems and sales channels - no manual re-entry.
Mocked vendor & product data platform. Log in with client / client.
One engagement, engineered so the math makes sense.
Scoped to your needs after the audit - delivered on a locked timeline, or we work for free until it's done, then post-delivery support included.
You use the hosted solution as it's built - ideally on your next drop. We adjust weekly based on what actually works, not what sounded good on paper.
Developers and agencies wait for instructions. We propose the solutions - you decide.
You own the code. Optionally, we host, secure and maintain it - no tech department needed.
Fixed-price tiers from €5,000. Optional audit. Optional hosting. Zero surprises.
One flat build fee per tier, optional maintenance retainer. Zero hidden fees.
Step 2 - Pick your implementation tier
The tech stack and architecture aren't negotiable. We build on a standardized Python, Django, Celery and Docker setup - it's how we accelerate delivery and keep reliability and quality high within the fixed timeline and price.
You should feel foolish saying no. Here's why.
Not happy at the end? Half the implementation fee comes back to you. We only get fully paid if you're happy.
No 6-month black box. You use the working system as it's built and steer it weekly - real value early, not at the very end.
Scope unchanged but delivery slips? We cover all remaining development time. You don't pay an extra cent.
Your system is built by people who run large-scale data pipelines and cross-system integrations every day - 12+ years of tech, leadership and business experience. You work directly with the builders and decision makers, not account managers.
Fully built-for-you: you might not even know what you need yet - we identify and solve the right problems together. No implementation details, programmers, management or servers on your plate.
Straight answers - the same ones you'd get on a call.
Half the implementation fee, refunded. The risk is split 50-50 - we only get fully paid when you're satisfied with the result. If you activate the money back clause, you forfeit your IP access for half the implementation fee.
If the agreed scope hasn't changed, we work for free until everything is delivered. Every tier ships on a locked timeline - delays cost us, not you.
Weekly iterations exist exactly for this - direction adjustments (a new partner template, a new attribute) are part of the process. If the scope changes fundamentally, we re-agree timeline and terms together before anything moves.
You do - 100%. Full intellectual property transfer happens at final sign-off and payment. No licenses, no strings. However, in order to protect ourselves from abuse, activating the money back clause will not give you access or ownership over the produced IP. The IP transfer only happens if you agree the delivered value is there.
No lock-in. Hosting is optional, and the system is built on standard, widely-used technology (Django, PostgreSQL). You can move it to your own servers or team at any time. We can aid in the transfer, but you need to provide server and engineering resources so we can perform it.
Yes. You own the code and receive documentation at handover. The system runs wherever it's hosted, with or without us. However, ongoing support ceases if you don't have the optional hosting plan.
During the audit: one executive interview, a short company-wide survey, and 2-3 employee interviews. After that: roughly one hour per week for the feedback session. We handle everything else.
No. The system is built alongside your existing processes - your team switches over only when it's proven to work, typically on a real drop. Nothing is ripped out on day one.
Integrate. The Operating System connects to the systems you already use and moves clean, validated product data between them. We replace the manual copying, not your systems. Replacing a system is possible, but it's planned carefully together - you won't have to decide or do anything like this alone.
Adding a new export format is configuration, not a new project - covered under post-delivery support or the maintenance package.
Access to decision makers for the executive interview and willingness to circulate a short survey. That's it - no documentation, no specs, no technical staff required.
Both need precise instructions, project management from your side, and tend to pad billable hours. Here you get a fixed price, a frozen deadline, and CTO-level judgment that proposes solutions instead of waiting for specs.
For simple triggers, yes - and if that's all you need, the audit will tell you. But no-code tools break silently at scale, charge per task, and can't handle variant matrices, partner-specific validation, edge cases, or human-in-the-loop decisions. A custom system handles the complexity, and you own it.
EU-based servers, encryption in transit and at rest, minimal data access, and GDPR-aligned processing. An NDA is available before the audit begins.
Post-delivery support is included with every tier - 15 days on Ultra-Focused, 30 days on Operating Core and Command Center - covering training, small adjustments and bugfixing. After that, the maintenance package covers monitoring, hotfixes and updates - or your own team can take over, since you own the code.
Because it's real work - executive interview, company-wide survey, department interviews, and a Pareto report you keep either way.
No hidden fees. The build price is a fixed, contract-locked flat fee per tier (€5,000, €15,000 or €40,000). On hosting, external usage costs (email, SMS, AI) are included up to €100/month - anything above is passed through at cost, and resource-intensive processing is agreed upfront. The prices do not contain VAT.
An ops hire costs €20,000-30,000+ every year, works 8 hours a day, and makes the same 3-4% data entry errors. The system is a one-time cost, works 24/7, doesn't make typos, and scales with every new drop and partner without new salaries.
